This was the dog that started it all. Jack was my first pointing lab and he had a heart and engine that was much bigger than his body. He was not easy to train and very difficult to handle in a test but we eventually finished our 4X Grand Master Title. Jack was an absolute beast in the upland field and running blinds. He had some issues in tests but was amazing on wild birds. Jack was shot and killed by a hunter in Kansas in 2018 just 3 months after receiving his 4X title. I already had a deposit on a puppy that was to be born the following month. My dream was to run two dogs. I had to wait four years but that dream became a reality. Jack made me the trainer and handler that I am today. He taught me how to handle the rough times. He taught me how to fail and he taught me perseverance. Rest in peace Jack!
Jack’s Story….

Dakota for the cute puppy named Jack. The Garramone family is a loving, caring family and I often wondered how the ACTIVE new pup went over once he begin to grow some. After working him for a few weeks, I wondered how I was ever going to force fetch this dog. It was as if Chris had brought a young bull elk in for r
I had this made just after Jack earned his 4X GMPR title in Divide Colorado. A lot of good memories here!
